We would like to inform you that Hotel Xenia complies with all COVID-19 healthcare and Government regulations, as well as safety standards. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at Hotel Xenia.

The hotel's policies and terms of stay have been modified according to the new directives and laws of the Hellenic National Public Health Organization.

Changes at the hotel policies and the terms of stay

Check-in after 15:00 & Check-out up to 11:00 am.

Maid, bed linen and towels change service will no longer offered on daily basis. According to the regulation 1881/29.5.2020 as it is stated at the Official Greek Government Gazette and it has been enforced by law:

1) No frequent maid during guests stay (in order guests and hotel housekeeping staff contact to be avoided), unless it has been requested by the guest.

2) The daily change of bed linen, pillowcases and towels is not allowed and carried out only upon the request of guests.

Should you require maid, change of bed linen, pillowcases and towels, please ask the reception staff from 08:00am until 13:00.

Breakfast is served at ground floor . Breakfast type is buffet and it is served by a member of the hotel staff. Your are not allowed to get close the buffet counter / table.

Entrance and / or stay in the hotel rooms by non-lodgers is strictly prohibited.

Guidelines

In case you feel seek or in case of fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, please stay in room and dial 0 to talk to the reception.

Please keep the distances as recommended.

Lift should only be used when necessary.

Taking room towels away of the hotel premises is prohibited.

Follow the floor sign stickers

You are advised to open periodically the windows of your room for natural ventilation.

Information

The rooms are cleaned after guests' check-out with steam appliance at temperature 70 - 100° Celcius.

Madical / First Aid kit is available at the hotel.

In communal areas of the hotel, there are signs, antiseptics and disposable gloves.

A safe is available at the hotel, please do not loose the key.

Do not unplug the refrigerator. There are enough sockets in the rooms; the bathroom socket supplies power even without the room card.
